국제전화는 이렇게

연결하겠습니다. I will put you through

상사가 다른 전화를 받고 있을 때  he is on the other line.

기다리라고 할 때 hold on please

메시지를 남기겠는냐고 물을 때 would you like to leave a message?

메시지를 전해주겠다고 할 때 I will pass the message.

자리에 없다고 할 때 he is not at his desk.

상사가 내사 손님하고 있을 때 he is with a client.

상사가 전화 받을 상황이 아닐 때 he is tied up at the mement.

대강 00시쯤 들어올 예정일 때  I expect her to be back at 00 pm.

나중에 다시 전화해 달라고 할 때 please call back later.

상사가 퇴근하고 없을 때 he won’t be in today.

통화 음이 멀게 들릴 때 you sound distant.

잘 안 들려 크게 말해 달하고 할 때 could you speak up a little?

 

 

외부에서 손님이 찾아 왔을 때

ㅇㅇ부서를 찾는다고 할 때

the division is at the corner, room  . please turn right.

사무실을 방문한 손님에게

good morning. Whom would you like to see?

약속한 손님을 확인할 때

are you mr. to be here at 5 pm?

약속없이 온 손님이 찾는 상사가 외출중일 경우

I am sorry he is not in the office.

상사가 회사내에 있거나 잠시 후면 돌아올 경우

he will be back soon. Would you like to take a seat and wait here?

상사가 사무실에 돌아오지 않는 경우

I am sorry but she is gone for the day. Would you like to come back again?
